Psychedelic Psychotherapy and Integration

I believe that the integration of psychedelics and empathogens with the practice of psychotherapy represents the most significant advancement in the treatment of mental health challenges to date. I am very excited to be offering ketamine-assisted psychotherapy and psychedelic integration and harm reduction both in-office and via telehealth.

Whether you are looking to engage in long-term psychotherapy with intermittent ketamine-assisted sessions or psychedelic integration or want to join me for a very limited time for a series of ketamine-assisted sessions, to plan for upcoming journeys, integrate past journeys, or learn about ways to reduce the potential harms associated with journeying, I am available to support you. I integrate relational psychoanalytic, somatic, harm reduction, trauma-focused, and mindfulness-based approaches into my work with ketamine-assisted psychotherapy and psychedelic integration. Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy may enhance the therapeutic effects of these approaches, particularly in the treatment of complex trauma and PTSD, depression, problematic substance use, and intimacy and communication issues in couples.

I am connected to a network of ketamine prescribers and we can usually start with KAP two to three weeks after our first meeting. KAP sessions are generally 2 to 2.5 hours in duration and occur at my office in Norwalk, CT or at your home via telehealth. As part of my commitment to making KAP more widely available, I use a sliding scale in my KAP practice.
